The Women’s Health Gap: how you can optimise your health and live a fruitful life as a female in the 21st century

In this piece, I touch on the gender disparity that unfortunately exists within health and medical research. Being something that is within our control, I provide information on ways women can prioritise wellbeing.

By incorporating research-backed data and commentary from a health professional (organised via SourceBottle), I ensured the article was informative and reliable. 

This piece provided opportunities for partnerships with organisations championing women’s empowerment, health and wellness businesses/platforms, or even leadership programs aimed at closing the gender gap – however, this was not possible due to formatting limitations outside of my control.
